It is our mission to offer a high quality yoga experience that is inclusive to all, whether through our classes, workshops or trainings. By teaching via the functional approach, the yoga asana practice is accessible to all bodies and not just the typical yoga body. By offering affordable courses, knowledge is available to as many people as possible and not just the privileged.

Assistant to Paul & Suzee Grilley, Michelle is a dedicated student of Yin & Vinyasa yoga as well as the teachings of meditation and mindfulness. She has devoted herself to absorbing the vast amount of knowledge from her many master teachers over the years. As a registered yoga teacher at the 500 hour level she has completed nearly 1,200 hours of training in Yin & mediation with Paul Grilley, Sarah Powers, Jo Phee, Joe Barnett & Bernie Clark in addition to 800 hours in more vigorous forms of yoga. Throughout the program, Michelle will openly and gladly share her extensive knowledge gained through teaching, training and personal practice.

Ahna first stepped onto her yoga mat 25 years ago in central Pennsylvania. She has been teaching since 2001 and is a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance at the 500-hour professional level. Ahna studied extensively at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Massachusetts, as well as in the style of Anusara Yoga. Over the years she has received over 1300 hours of training in different modalities of Hatha Yoga, and over 160 hours of training in meditation and pranayama. The life-affirming philosophy of Tantra influences Ahna’s life, and teaching, to be centered in grace and love. Her classes are light hearted and uplifting, infusing philosophical themes and dynamic sequencing as a way to inspire her students to be their best.

Jen Jones

Senrior Assistant to Michelle Finch, Jen is certified in Yin Yoga through Exalt Yoga with a great passion for Prenatal Yoga, Self Myofascial Release, Meditation, and Aromatherapy. 

 

She loves to infuse themes of mindfulness, self-care, and overall well-being into her classes. She began yoga classes over 12 years ago as a physical workout. It was not long before her eyes were opened to a broader perspective. When she realized the benefits of yoga extend far beyond the physical body, her true yoga practice began.
