35hr Yin Fundamentals Training
This is an abbreviated version of the popular Yin Foundations course, designed for aspiring Yin teachers who are eager to gather essential knowledge of the practice of Yin Yoga, providing them with the skills and knowledge that will allow them to both practice and teach Yin yoga with greater confidence.

Live & On-Demand Learning
This training is the perfect combination of live and on-demand learning. The vast majority of the course (27 hours) takes place in a live, intimate & interactive learning environment where you will have the ability to ask as many questions as you'd like of the lead trainer, Michelle Finch, and your fellow students.
Prior to this, you will also have the opportunity to gather fundamental information that will inform the live training in your own time via three on-demand mini courses. Each course is approximately 1.5-3 hours long (totaling approximately 8 hours of learning) and can be taken at your own pace, any time between when you register and the onset of the live course. The cost of these courses is included in your registration fee.
