20hr Meditation & Pranayama Training
Through a deepening of your personal meditation & pranayama practice you will learn how to guide others through various fundamental techniques.
About the Course
Explore various yogic philosophies and meditation techniques surrounding the Brahma-viharas (Loving-kindness, Compassion, Aruistic joy, and Equanimity) as well as key pranayama practices.
Assimilating knowledge through practice is by far the best method for long-term utilization. In this course, you will put all methods into practice before, during and after the live training.
Gather all of the basic skills to share what you have learned with your community. Gain the tools neccessary to skillfuly guide public pranayam & mediation sessions with groups of all sizes.

Recordings available for those who cannot attend live
There will be several prerecorded mini courses and/or practices that will be required to attend prior to the onset of training. Access to these videos will provided with your welcome letter.
All Exalt Yoga training courses are offered on a sliding scale basis. You may pay the rate that works before you, bearing in mind that we do ask that if the Supporter or Sustainer rates are available within your budget, you consider registering under one of them. With that said, if the Community rate is what allows you to participate in this training, by all means, please utilize it knowing that you will do so free from judgement.
