In the space of community silence, all participants are invited to release themselves from the obligation of both verbal & non-verbal communication with other participants. Non-verbal communication includes, but is not limited to eye contact, hand gestures, writing, etc. Additionally, retreatants are encouraged to consider unplugging from digital communications, both with fellow retreatants as well as the outside world. Digital communication includes, but is not limited to email, texting, social media, messenger apps, etc.

This retreat is open to the public. All are welcome!
The retreat is also part of a larger 50hr Meditation & Pranayama training intended for yoga teachers. Please note that 50% of the available spaces for the retreat will be reservered for those participating in the full training course. Simply applying does not reserve your space. You must register online & submit your deposit for your spot to be saved. Registration details will be sent with your acceptance letter.
Once you complete this application, we will let you know within 14 days whether or not you have been accepted into the training. If your application is approved, in order to guarantee your place, you will need to register and pay in full online, via the link provided in your acceptance letter.

Dates: April 22-23, 2023
Times: 9:00a-6:00p EST daily
To recieve a certificate of completion, you must attend all sessions, in totality, and complete all assigned homework.
Space is limited to the first 12 registered applicants. Simply applying does not reserve your space. Once your application is approved, you must register online for your spot to be saved. Instructions for how to register will be included in your acceptance letter.
Retreat Dates: May 18-21, 2023
Retreat Location: New Harmony Barn Abbey 504 North St New Harmony, IN 47631
Please plan to arrive at the retreat center no later than 6:00p CST on the 18th. You will be free to depart by 10:00a CST 21st.
You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the retreat center.
If you have been accepted into a training but are no longer able to attend, cancellations must be made in writing to email@example.com.
*$250 retreat deposit is non-refundable, non-transferrable*
Course/Retreat cancellations that take place more than 90 days prior to the event, we will refund whatever you have paid minus a $250 deposit. For cancellations 90-31 days prior to the onset of the event, refunds will issued minus the $250 deposit. For cancellations less than 31 days prior to the onset of the event, we will attempt to backfill your place from our waiting list, but here is no guarantee that we will be able to fill your place, since as time goes by, people from the waiting list often times make other commitments for the training dates. In the event that your space is backfilled, any monies paid will be transfered to the next available Exalt Yoga Retreat (minus the $250 deposit). If the space cannot be filled, a fee of $400 will be accessed to cover the cost of food/accommodations and all remaining monies paid will be transfered to the next available Exalt Yoga Retreat (minus the $250 deposit). No refunds will be given for failure to attend or failure to complete the course/retreat.
Balance must be paid no later than August 19, 2022 for the May retreat.
*IMPORTANT: Balance payments not received by May 1, 2023 will result in the forfeiture of your space in the retreat.
No refunds or course transfers allowed if canceling within 30 days.
