Express Yin Yoga
Tuesdays 12:00p-1:00p EST
This 60 minute class is just Yin Yoga with a little bit of mindfulness sprinkled in. That's it. Nothing fancy, but everything magical!
You're encouraged to fully embrace the beauty found within the simplicity of the life altering practice of Yin Yoga.
Yin Yoga & Beyond
Sundays 6:30p-8:00p EST
In this 90 minute class, you will experience a full Yin Yoga class plus some other energy enhancing practices such as pranayama (breath work), meditation, guided relaxation, etc. All of these practices are sure to help you close out your week with a sense of ease and relaxation.
All classes that are currently being offered are done so virtually, via Zoom. Teaching is catered to all levels of practitioner (beginner to experienced). For most classes the suggested props are:
a firm large pillow (or yoga bolster), two yoga blocks, a blanket and a couple scarves (or an 8' yoga strap)

All classes are recorded and made available to registered participants for seven days following the live event.
