Join Michelle live for functionally taught and mindfulness based Yin Yoga. In each class, she will guide you through an experience that will soothe your body and soul.

Summer 2021 Teaching Schedule

Schedule runs July 11-August 31

In-Person & Virtual Express Yin Yoga

Wednesdays 7:00p-8:00p EST

This 60 minute class is just Yin Yoga with a little bit of mindfulness sprinkled in. That's it. Nothing fancy, but everything magical!

 

You're encouraged to fully embrace the beauty found within the simplicity of the life altering practice of Yin Yoga.

In-Person & Virtual Yin Yoga & Beyond

Sundays 6:30p-8:00p EST

In this 90 minute class, you will experience a full Yin Yoga class plus some other energy enhancing practices such as pranayama (breath work), meditation, guided relaxation, etc. All of these practices are sure to help you close out your week with a sense of ease and relaxation.

All classes are currently being offered in a hybrid format, with virtual & in-person attendance options. Teaching is catered to all levels of practitioner (beginner to experienced). Everyone is welcome!

Per local government guidelines, all in-person classes max out at 50% of the studio's capacity. If you plan to attend in-person, you must register at least one our prior to class. Sorry, no walk-ins allowed while we're at a limited capacity.

All virtual classes are offered via Zoom. If attending virually, you may do so live or via recording (made available for seven calendar days following the live event). For most classes the suggested props are: a firm large pillow (or yoga bolster), two yoga blocks, a blanket and a couple scarves (or an 8' yoga strap).

At Exalt Yoga, we believe yoga should be available to people of all means. Therefore, all classes are offered on a sliding scale basis. Please choose the amount that makes the most sense for you. No questions. No judgement.
